By using DeepOCT, you agree to these terms. DeepOCT is an AI-powered diagnostic support tool for licensed healthcare professionals (ophthalmologists, optometrists, medical students under supervision) to analyze OCT retinal images and detect CNV, DME, DRUSEN, and NORMAL conditions. This tool provides diagnostic support only and is NOT a substitute for professional medical judgment - all results must be reviewed by qualified professionals, and no AI system is 100% accurate. Users must be 18+, keep account credentials secure, use the app only for legitimate medical purposes, comply with patient privacy laws (HIPAA or equivalent), de-identify all patient data before uploading, and not reverse engineer our AI models. We collect account information (name, email, credentials), OCT images, analysis results, and usage data to provide services and improve our AI models - see our Privacy Policy for details. DeepOCT and all AI models are owned by the University of Information Technology (UIT); you retain ownership of uploaded images but grant us a license to process them. The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties - we do not guarantee 100% accuracy, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation, and we are not liable for medical misdiagnosis, patient outcomes, data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages. We may modify or discontinue the app at any time with 30 days notice. You may terminate your account anytime; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
